Tray dryers (vacuum, electrical & steam) :

Application:
Tray dryer are used for the best drying results in conventional process. Drying oven is specially designed for bulk drug, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, paints, textiles & other industries. It is well accepted for economical drying of powder, granules, food material & chemicals.

Punch and die cabinet:
SS punch and die cabinet made from SS sheet. Cabinet having drawers of 'b' type having 55 upper, 55 lower punch & 55 dies &’d’ type having 50 upper, 50 lower punch & 50 dies. Drawers have a bearing system with easy sliding & free movement in the slot provided drawers having compartments to store upper & lower punches & dies separately. Drawers damage to punches.

Cabinet having various models - 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20 etc drawers as per customers requirement.

Stainless steel lockers:
Manufactured from 304 stainless sheets, the compartments have an individual locking system. May be louvered for air circulation. Sloping roof optional. Variety of door arrangements.

Octagonal blender:
The octagonal blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry granules and powder homogeneously. Two third of the volume of the cone in octagonal blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The octagonal blender gives best result for granules due to very slow speed and octagon shape of container. Ace manufactured octagonal blender is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic products etc.

Octagonal blender is very useful machinery for pharmaceutical industry wherein gentle blending of dry granules or powder is a requirement. The octagonal blender consists of octagon shaped body, rectangular central portion and top and bottom polygonal frustum. The company manufactured octagonal blender is provided with baffles for fast and efficient mixing, charging port and outlet with butterfly valve.

Ace series pharma bin:
Ace series pharmaceutical bin is one of the most popular shifting containers used in the producing flow of solid dosage. Different processing crafts for solid materials can be operated in the same container. The frequent charging and discharging of materials are reduced thus avoiding dust and cross pollution. It made of austenitic stainless steel. There is no dead angle, con concave-convex face and no screw on surface. The surface outside and inside are polished to high quality.  Tailor-made butterfly valve with no dead angle, no remnant, or appliance against wrong way operation is easy to dismantle and clean. It is in conformity with GMP requirements.

Rapid mixer granulator: 
Rapid mixer granulator is designed to achieve excellent mixing and consistent granules at lower operating cost along with higher productivity. Better mixing and closed control of granule size leads to faster tableting speeds with improved quality and least rejections. Salient features: homogeneous binder distribution. Short batch time and reduce cleaning time. Maximize cip effectiveness. Air purges sealing system for main stirrer shaft and granulator shaft. All internal contact parts are polished to the mirror finish. Plc based operating panel for precise control of process & automation. A high-speed granulator is inserted horizontally through wall of bowl to assist blending of powder and to break the product to the granules of required size. The seal housing and drive shaft may be flushed with cleaning water, which is then drained away from the machine through built in drain tubes. The granulator motor is provided with a removable stainless steel shroud which covers the motor and simplifies cleaning. All moving parts of the machine are totally enclosed to eliminate accident. The machine can not be started unless and until the mixer cover is properly closed. All contact parts are made out of ss304. Ss316 provided on demand on extra cost. Flush wall type discharge valve eliminates pockets at the port of discharge valve.
