The company was established in 1975 at Faridabad and started manufacturing Stainless Steel Dairy Fittings. In 1982-83, the group divulged into the business of Fabrication of Milk Storage Tanks and other Milk Machinery including Stainless Steel and Mild Steel Fabrication for Industrial use. In 1990, the company expanded its business to manufacture Sheet Metal Components for automotive industries like Escorts Ltd. and Imperial Auto Industries Ltd., etc. The above activities carried out under the name of Goodwell Industries.

From 2003 onwards the company has been growing phenomenally and expanding its activities in Process Equipments, Sheet Metal Components, Stainless Steel Dairy Equipments and supply of quality Packaging Material.
