Cartoning machine (EOLA):

Multiple track streamer cartoning, with Folding Mechanism,  vector drive for flexible settings and fine control. It has a Belt for off-take conveyor & corrugated box conveyor chosen as per application. All the contact parts of SS304 (stainless steel) - matt finish. Online checkweigh is possible. PLC control is present for multiple SKU recipes. It has HMI navigation for trouble shooting. Easy setup changeover. Max speed- 60 strokes/min

Sachet Bagging machine (EOLA):

Sachet Bagging machine (EOLA) comes with Automatic sack loading- Pneumatic system, Online checkweigher- under weight/over weight detection, Online recipe control for multiple SKU’s, HMI navigation to trouble shooting guide, Max speed- 75 strokes/min, VFFS interface with take-off conveyor.

Checkweighers: “OPTIWEIGH”:

Checkweighers have Optimum Design, Industrial Touch screen controller (With 5.7” color display), 99 Recipe memory, Manual/Automatic re-zero, Ingress protection  degree IP-54, Indication of all current weigh data, Weight classification into three different weigh zones, Optional features include Rejection system, Printer interface & feedback control.

Box Palletizer:

Box Palletizer Application is known as  – Palletization. It has Universal vacuum or finger gripper head and has Simple programming, can make Maximum 25 recipes. It is Simple & more reliable.
