Iinline Sifters

In continuous process industries, sifting is very crucial process step to maintain process flow with accurate particle sizes. Inline Sifter is a readymade solution available for the needs of food, pharmaceutical and chemical operations with moderate volume. Inline Sifter is used to sift dry flowing material. Inline Sifter facilitates maintenance using lightweight components, and form fitting, snap-on neoprene gaskets, utilizes gentle gyratory sifting motion, and can be directly inserted into vacuum or dilute phase pressure pneumatic conveying system. Inline Sifter includes an air by-pass system to provide equal pressure on both sides of the screening surface. Inline Sifter provides easy cleaning and maintenance and has low installation costs and downtime. Inline Sifters are available in the range of 24” to 72” Dia.

Sanitary Sifter

Sanitary Sifter is designed specifically for use in the processing of high quality dairy, food and pharmaceutical dry products. Sanitary Sifter features gap-free screen frames, stainless steel contact parts, motor and base, triclover inlet and outlet flanges, quick-disconnect clamps, radius corners, continuous ground and polished welds and a crevice-free weld joints at internal contact area, finished to sanitary standards. Sanitary Sifter meets cGMP, USDA, FDA standards and also the most stringent standards used in food, dairy and pharmaceutical. Sanitary Sifter is intended to scalp oversize particles as small as 38 microns (400 mesh) from dry bulk materials or solids-laden slurries. Sanitary Sifter can be disassembled with no tools for rapid sanitizing and its size ranges from 24” to 72” Dia.

Vibro Screen

Vibro Screen is very generic name of Online Sifter. Vibro Screens are Vibratory or Gyratory Sieving Machine designed on the principle of gyratory motion. Vibro Screens are the most reliable, versatile and economical continuous process equipment for various sized based operations like Screening, Sifting, Classification, Grading, Oversize or Undersize Removal, De-Dusting, De-Watering, De-Lumping etc. Vibro Screens can be equally used for Solid-Solid Separation & Solid-Liquid Separation. Vibro Screens are ideal for separating un-cut pieces and fine dust and can screen down upto 35 microns.

Sanitary Separator

Sanitary Separator is ideal for the most stringent sanitary requirements. Sanitary Separator meets all requirements of cGMP and FDA requirements for food processing applications. Sanitary Separator is Constructed of Stainless Steel polished contact surfaces. Sanitary Separator is designed with a crevice-free interior and radius corner spouts to prevent contamination and made up of Patented Super taut Plus screens and gaskets. Sanitary Separator can give higher throughput rates with higher efficiency. Sanitary Separator is available in single or multiple deck designs, 24" to 48" diameter.
