Ultra Filtration System

Used for the removal of micro bacterial counts and Total Organic Carbon the technologically advanced Ultra Filtration Plant, is used as a pre- treatment to the exising reverse osmosis plants and Post treatment of RO – EDI or DM plant. The membrane used in post treatment is of KOCH, USA make.. This work on the principle of cross flow filtration and is designed to operate at around 90% recoveries. The Ultra Filtration Plant in pre-treatment is proposed to separate the fine physical particulates like suspended solids, turbidity, SDI or colloidal silica, which is harmful to the RO membrane. It’s applications are varied, like:

  • Generation of surface potable water
  • Pretreatment to existing Reverse Osmosis Plants for TVC and pseudomonas
  • Removal of colloidal silica from surface water
  • Removal of heavy metals (like iron remnants) for drinking water
  • Post treatment of DM plant for reduction of microbial count / TOC

Reverse Osmosis Plant

Used for the production of pure water in the pharmacutical industry, power industry, semiconductor industry and laboratory as well as for medical applications, these Reverse osmosis de-ionization systems are installed in a single skid of SS 304, all accessorized and complete in SS316L triclovered piping and with PLC based system of Allen Bradley or Delta make. The system is available with Hot water sanitizable membrane of DOW make and EDI of Ionpure, USA

Reverse Osmosis is the finest level of filtration available. The RO membrane acts as a barrier to all dissolved solids and inorganic molecules with a molecular weight greater than approximately 100. Water molecules, on the other hand, pass freely through the membrane creating a purified product stream. Rejection of dissolved salts is typically 95% to greater than 99%.

Demineralized Water System

With its precise design and ease of usage, the Demineralized Water System, produces ion free water by operating on the principles of ion exchange, degasification, and polishing. These systems find wide applications in the field of steam, power, process, and cooling.

Electro De-ionization System

Manufactured from quality raw materials and bearing unique features, Electro Deionization System, of IONPURE, USA is equipped in a way such that regeneration of chemicals can be done away with during the regeneration process, which eases handle of hazardous chemicals and manages time. This system works on a 90% - 95% recovery and by supplying electric current generates high purity water.

Distribution System

The Purified  Water Distribution/Generation System, manufactured by MAHIR TECHNOLOGIES, is an all-inclusive range, of highly durable quality and low on costs. The hot water distribution system consists of storage tanks, sanitary type centrifugal pumps, tubes, heat exchangers and valves of varied types and high quality instruments.
