The company is well known in the European Pharmaceutical industry circles. With a direct access into the purchasing departments and long lasting relationships due to commitment for quality and reliability. The company’s product lineup with an experience of nearly 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry and our close collaboration with associated scientists, researchers/developers and customers as we are able to steadily optimise our product range. To adjust to an ever-changing environment, Pharmatrans Sanaq has always seen our main mission to link the scientific with the industrial world.

Microcrystalline Cellulose

The properties like High microbial purity, color stability, compressibility and excellent absorption of Microcrystalline Cellulose leads to success in all table ting process. The distinguished plasticity enables to produce tablets with ultimate strength and high temper.

The selection of the ingredients and the raw materials for the production of Microcrystalline Cellulose are strictly observed and followed high standards in the manufacturing process by assuring (GMP) guarantee a steady quality.

Microcrystalline Cellulose is mainly used as direct tabulating, binding, blasting material, dry & wet granulation and as filling material for hard gelatinizes capsules.

The grade types in Microcrystalline Cellulose have a gargantuan swelling powder which is used in stabilizers for moratorium and it is also used in filter materials for estrangement technology. It is advisable for cosmetics, viscosity regulator and turbidity material and as a stabilizer for emulsion.

Tartaric Acid Pellet

Tartaric Acid is widely used in food products, oral, topical a Parenteral pharmaceutical formulations and is generally regarded as a nontoxic and non-irritant material. In general tartaric acid is also used In beverages, confectionery, food products and pharmaceutical formulations as an acidulant as a sequestering agent and as an antioxidant synergist. In pharmaceutical formulations with bicarbonates  as the acid component of effervescent granules, powders and tablets. Tartaric Acid Pellet is highly particles optimised for coating and layering processes to achieve reproducible product characteristics. In extended release pellet formulations Tartaric Acid Pellet can be integrated to reduce the pH-dependency of the drug release therefore achieves the desired dissolution profile.

LubriSanaq

LubriSanaq is a hydrophilic, inert, tablet lubricant. When other lubricating agents fail to provide tablets of acceptable stability, content uniformity, hardness and show difficulties with dissolution rates and disintegration LubriSanaq acts as a problem solver. It is used in tablet formulations and capsules as a lubricant at 0.25-3.0 % w/w consolidation. For high-speed direct compression the Sodium Stearyl Fumarate acts as a high melting point because of its preferred lubricant.

Cellets

According to monographs of Micro Crystalline Cellulose (Ph. Eur., USP-NF). DMF N° 18519 since July 15, 2005  the Hamper formulation and innovative drug delivery pellets are made up of Micro Crystalline Cellulose.

Homogeneous distribution & controlled release

The two fundamental advantages of dosage form are homogeneous distribution and controlled release, thanks to the homogenous concentration of highly active agents for the multi dosage formulations. Cellets supports this pioneer development. This innovative pellet can be supplied in any particular size starting from 100 µm micro pellets.

Advantages:

•    They can use in the range of (100 – 200 µm) for highly active low dosage API.
•    It acts as a perfect tool for the conjunctional and controlled release products.
•    Cellets are only made under the GMP conditions using MCC from certified suppliers only.
•    Narrow particular size distribution within each fraction.
•    Establishment of sensitive activities due to the dormancy of MCC.
•    Excellent rapport due to the high plasticity of the Cellets.
•    High scrape resistance improves the coating process.
•    Higher haul charters smaller capsule sizes.

Sugar Spheres

Spherical cores are used as an unbiased basis for the production of Pellets which are loaded with API. Sugar spheres are the neutral pellets made up of maize starch and sucrose according to the monographies for “Sugar Spheres” – NF, Ph. Eur. and JP.

They are designed especially for the establishment with a guarded release of the active substance and for the production of dry dosage forms. This can be filled in capsules, sachets or tablets. The unbiased starter cores can be used in different technology for the process of layering and coating and such technologies are also used in Pharmaceutical industry and food industry.
