Fluid Bag Semi-Automatic Discharge Roller

The fluid-bag semi-automatic discharge roller is designed to empty both 900 and 1000 litre Fluid-Bag flexible containers. The fluid bag discharge roller device is specifically developed for rapid and efficient discharge of high-viscosity liquids.

Advanced automation minimizes the need for supervision for discharging solutions. The Discharge Roller is designed for incorporation into new and existing production and packaging processes. Inbuilt control systems make it possible to integrate the device with pump functions as well as production and packaging processes. The Discharge Roller cleans the inside of the container foil, which combined with the vacuum created by the pump empties the container.
