ambr​® 250 high throughput

ambr® 250 high throughput is an improved parallel microbial and cell culture system for 12 or 24 bioreactors. The system utilizes 100-250 ml single-use vessels and is fully automatic.

When using ambr® 250 high throughput, productivity is drastically improved, as trials can be carried out at a fraction of the costs compared with traditional bioreactors and higher flow is obtained. The system makes it possible to get a quick evaluation of a long range of conditions in a realistic bioreactor environment with full control of all cultivation conditions.

It gives a high throughput scale-down model to research a long range of conditions and strains with excellent scalability to bioreactors and fermenters. Furthermore the costs for infrastructure are redused by removing the need for cleaning and sterilization facilities.
