Pre-Filled Syringe Blister line

With the popularization of the application of pre filling syringes, the packaging requirements for pre filling syringes in the pharmaceutical product market are becoming more and more strict. From the original screw rod labeling to blister packaging, then blister packaging to automatic packaging, data collection, and also the requirements for the automatic installation of pre filling syringe protective cover and finger bracket (booster), the requirements are more complex and rigorous.

This assembling line required to handle two types of finger grip.  Customer also required zero time to switch over from one finger grip to another finger grip so we designed this line for our customer before blister packing. 

This complete line consists of

1. Syringe Servo Denester
2. Syringe Inspection stations
3. Plunger rod assemble and syringe labeling
4. Switchable finger grip insertion with dual inputs.
5. B200 blister pack machine with needle sorter and pick & place robot.
