Sanitary Sifter is designed specifically for use in the processing of high quality dairy, food and pharmaceutical dry products. Sanitary Sifter features gap-free screen frames, stainless steel contact parts, motor and base, triclover inlet and outlet flanges, quick-disconnect clamps, radius corners, continuous ground and polished welds and a crevice-free weld joints at internal contact area, finished to sanitary standards. Sanitary Sifter meets cGMP, USDA, FDA standards and also the most stringent standards used in food, dairy and pharmaceutical. Sanitary Sifter is intended to scalp oversize particles as small as 38 microns (400 mesh) from dry bulk materials or solids-laden slurries. Sanitary Sifter can be disassembled with no tools for rapid sanitizing and its size ranges from 24” to 72” Dia.
