Description of our saturated steam autoclaves
PSS saturated steam sterilization equipment is designed in a rectangular shape with square doors to fit the shape of the carts. The doors open and close automatically from the unit control, where all the unit actions are also managed (Alarms, Graphs, User, Recipes, Synoptics, Setpoints, etc). A high-performance liquid ring pump is placed in the technical area to create a vacuum in the chamber, to remove the air and replace it with steam, and it is used to remove the condensate that accumulates in real time, which allows maintaining perfect temperature uniformity. All the components necessary for the operation of the equipment are installed in this technical area, and they are sized to optimize cycle times. The equipment is manufactured with high quality stainless steel, using orbital or TIG welding methods. As for the qualification of the cameras, they are tested and validated according to very strict quality protocols. We have standard models with useful volumes ranging from 288l to 8,960l, but they can be customized according to customer requirements.
