Blister packaging and assembly is a common choice for pharmaceutical and medical device clients. Custom and stock blister and sealing solutions can be completed in-house at Natech Plastics. With this application, the product initially utilized a Tyvek pouch. However, when the end-user found this package design difficult to open, our engineers redesigned it with a thermoformed blister. The full medical device assembly goes inside this thermoformed package with a Tyvek lid. Natech aims to design for optimal user-experience.
