Ensure quality through process control

Checking the application of the adhesive with a camera, checking the latching of the housing with a laser and then testing the tightness: the monitoring of all processes guarantees the highest quality.

Typical processes include:

• Panel separation by punching or milling
• Plasma treatment of the materials before the adhesive is applied
• Dosing of adhesives, heat-conducting pastes, sealing materials
• Laser marking and labelling
• EOL check
• Palletizing in or out of trays
