Due to the complex structures of biomolecules which are responsible for disease for disease such as AIDS, cancer, autism, and Alzheimer's etc, discovering drugs to a disease is still a challenging task for medical researchers. The design and development of novel competent anti-drugs for the disease without any side effects are becoming compulsory in the current history of human life cycle due to changes in several factors such as food habits, environmental and migration in human cycle. Cheminformatics is discovering drugs based on modern drug discovery procedures which in turn resolves complex issues in traditional drug discovery system. The main focus of cheminformatics is to analyze/simulate/modelling/manipulate chemical information that can be shown either in 2D structure or in 3D structure. The industry sectors such as food and pharmaceutical, agrochemicals are diverse areas where cheminformatics plays a major role in the recent history of molecular sciences. Cheminformatics is a generic term that includes the creation, design, organization, retrieval, management, visualization, dissemination, and use of chemical information.
