Avéma manufactures a full range of liquid dose products in several US locations, all manufactured under strict FDA guidelines and cGMP compliance. In fact, to better support our customers with capacity, redundancy and the latest technology, Avéma has expanded its liquid dose manufacturing capabilities with two new facilities in South Carolina. This expansion adds more than 200,000 square feet for the manufacturing of liquid topicals and first aid products and an additional 300,000 sq. ft. which are being configured to support new and innovative manufacturing techniques.

Filling Lines:

Avema’s high-speed lines are designed with manufacturing efficiency, consistence and quality in mind and support a wide range of capabilities including suspension and solutions for large- and small-scale productions.

  • Automated vision and bar-coding technology that ensures high-quality, reliable manufacturing processes.
  • High-speed Monoblock filler, versatile induction sealing process
  • 10 head inline continuous flow screw fed filler system
  • Rotary PIBA (press-in bottle adapter, Flow Restrictor) and Capper system run at a high speed
  • Rotary and inline filling equipment
  • Induction sealed for tamper evident protection
  • Re-torqueing and 2D barcode printing to ensure reliable and quality identification of products
  • Electronic inventory systems to ensure FIFO and control over all aspects of Inventory Management

Pediatric Electrolytes:

Avéma has capabilities to produce both 33.8oz and 16.9oz products in a variety of flavors.

  • High value, low risk pasteurization process
  •  Bottle cleaning equipment in place, plus completely covered conveyance systems to ensure clean bottles throughout manufacturing process.
  •  Rotary fill system with control point to divert material back to pasteurizer if temperature drops below specification.
  • Induction seal process for product quality and safety Induction and torque tightening equipment to ensure a solid seal.
  • Cap and seal detection equipment.
  • Cooling equipment to drop the temperature after pasteurization process is completed.
