Pre-formulation research – Our team sources raw materials, creates solubility profiles, determines API compatibility and stability, completes method development and method transfer for wet and dry particles, as well as offering formulation and packaging capabilities.
Formulation development – Our formulation scientists have years of experience and skill at developing solid, semi-solid and liquid dosage forms. They combine this expertise with the knowledge gained during pre-formulation research to develop products that are effective and scalable.
Process scale-up and technology transfers expertise – Scaling up to commercial levels or transferring technology must be carefully planned to maintain the integrity and performance of products from clinical trials to commercial production. Avéma’s integrated team works with our formulation scientists to develop the phase-appropriate validation of methods to ensure a seamless transition without confusion or cost increases.
