Robust, lightweight and transparent – a blister pack is a hard plastic film that allows us to create a custom-fit package that not only protects the product perfectly, but also presents it at the same time.
We provide you with custom-made, precisely fitting blisters/ trays for medical technology and pharmaceutical products. We offer you an allround service from conception, through development with our own CAD workstation and 3D printer, to production and testing.

Validated processes for the production of blisters/trays
We produce blister packaging using positive and negative tools on different systems in our ISO class 7 clean room. Our processes and machines are of the highest quality and validated, which is why we can guarantee the maximum blister quality. Using a technique called deep-drawing, also called thermoforming, we generate shapes that precisely frame your product and provide a sterile barrier.
Tactile measurement for even greater safety
We offer our customers an end product check using state-of-the-art 3D measuring equipment. This guarantees the precise and reliable measurement of customized blisters/ trays.
Sterilization and other services
You can sterilize the blisters/ trays and their contents using common methods such as gamma rays, x‑rays, ethylene oxide or steam. We also offer additional services to help you meet your quality, safety and efficiency requirements, more details of which can be found under Ser.
