Peel pouches

Peel pouches offer reliable protection as primary, secondary and tertiary packaging for medical technology and pharmaceutical products.

The peel pouches are the perfect sterile barrier, providing optimal protection for your product. The optimized peel seam makes it a cinch to open the pouch. All peel pouches, no matter which material composite, can be vacuum packed. Vacuum packing ensures your product is held firmly in place in the package and increases transport security.

All of our peel pouches are produced in accordance with ISO class 7 clean room conditions. Our processes have been validated in accordance with ISO 11607 and our clean room in accordance with ISO 14644.

The peel pouches are double packed when they are delivered. Therefore, they can be fed into your clean room. Our peel pouches are suitable for gamma and x‑ray sterilization.

For the peel pouches we guarantee a shelf life of seven years after gamma sterilization and one year after x‑ray sterilization.
