Our principals have developed technology for mixing and processing fine powders, granulates, and natural products. Mixing to a high degree of homogeneity in a short time is one of the main advantages of this technology. Even very sensitive, fragile products can be mixed and processed without degradation, heating up due to friction, or even topical hot spots due to high-speed tooltips (e.g. paddles, ribbons).

THE MIXING PRINCIPLE

The key is that rather than paddles or ribbons impacting the product with speed and force to displace particles and have these particles hit and move surrounding product, our technology carries the product to a position for gravity to let it flow and redistribute itself. The beauty of gravity is, that it is the same everywhere. So rather than a localized chain reaction of impact, speed, and force we have equal gravity everywhere causing an efficient and gentle mixing flow.

LOW-SHEAR MIXING

No force on the product, no breakage, and no heat. This type of muxing also consumes less power. Ideal for fragile products such as milk powder, coffee powder, snacks, namkeen, etc.

HIGH-SHEAR MIXING

Applies more force on the materials. Ideal for pastes, paints, chewing gums, etc.

CONTINUOUS MIXING

The continuous mixing tools handle the raw materials gently and efficiently. Sensitive ingredients such as fruit, flakes, or similar elements can be introduced without degrading. Consequently, the continuous mixer can handle a wide variety of applications such as fine solids, cereals, meringue masses, muesli, etc. so that it delivers nearly all fresh or extended-shelf-life baked goods.
