CI ELECTRONICS TABLET CHECKWEIGHER

CI ELECTRONICS type QM-4B electronic tablet/capsule checkweigher in 316 stainless steel. Designed for use in production plants for weighing individual tablets and capsules from a sample and calculating statistical data that can be printed on an A4/Letter printer. The operator simply loads the sample into the bowl feeder and uses the keyboard to select from the library of up to 150 products. The unit automatically weighs each item until the specified sample size is reached and prints the results. A single unit can be used to monitor up to 20 production lines simultaneously. The operator is assigned a line number in the QM-4B for each of the production lines they are monitoring. The unit can be used for sample sizes of up to 1000 tablets/capsules. The accuracy is +/- 1mg.
