AEROMATIC FIELDER MIXER GRANULATOR

AEROMATIC FIELDER model PharmaMatrix PMA 25  high speed mixer-granulator constructed in 316 grade stainless steel.The mixing bowl gross volume is approx 25 litres, nominal working capacity is 10 kg, subject to product specific density. The main (3 blade) mixing impeller is driven from a 4kw 415v non- flameproof motor, variable speed range 40-400 rpm.  The 2 blade side entry granulator is driven from a two speed 1.3kw 1500 rpm/1.8 kw  3000 rpm 415v non- flameproof motor.  The mixing bowl top cover has an inflatable seal, activated automatically. The machine has a wash-down system for both motor shaft seals The mixing bowl has an external stainless steel heating/ cooling jacket rated at 2 bar/ 80c max,
