Nystaform HC Ointment is a light-yellow ointment for use on the skin.

Nystaform HC Ointment contains Nystatin, Chlorhexidine and Hydrocortisone. Nystatin is an antifungal medication that fights infections caused by fungus. Chlorhexidine has activity against a range of bacteria. Hydrocortisone is a corticosteroid that helps reduce redness, swelling and itching.

Nystaform HC Ointment is used to treat skin infections caused by fungi and/or bacteria such as ringworm, athlete’s foot, and infected nappy rash.

Nystaform HC Ointment is a Prescription Only Medicine. Prescription-only medicines must be prescribed by a qualified health professional. This may be a GP, hospital doctor or pharmacist for example.
