Nystaform Cream is a light-yellow cream for use on the skin.

Nystaform Cream contains Nystatin and Chlorhexidine. Nystatin is an antifungal medication that helps fight infections caused by fungus.  Chlorhexidine has activity against a range of bacteria.

Nystaform Cream is used to help treat skin infections caused by fungi and/or bacteria such as ringworm, athlete’s foot, and infected nappy rash.

Nystaform Cream is a Prescription Only Medicine. Prescription-only medicines must be prescribed by a qualified health professional. This may be a GP, hospital doctor, nurse, pharmacist, physiotherapist or podiatrist.
