The black, opaque Zymo-Spin IB column can be used in microcentrifugesfor the purification of DNA and/or RNA and fluorescent dye removal. TheZymo-Spin IB features durable polypropylene construction and contains aunique silica-based matrix that allows purification of up to 5 μg of DNA, and 10 μg RNA, in ≥ 6 μl eluate. Capacity is 800 µl.
