From the early 2000s our products and services have been available regionally for a market of about 50 million inhabitants. Through our subsidiaries with altogether forty employees we provide the same high level services at each location. Our strategic goal is to offer a more and more complete range of products and service package representing high added value the possibly nearest to ourcustomers. This aim is shared and supported by our suppliers, partners and colleagues as well.

Regionally the company is actively present in the following countries:

Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Kosovo

We introduced the ISO 9001:2015 quality assurance system at our company years ago. To further improve our efficiency and reliable operation, this year, we have introduced the ABAS management system tailored to the size and demands of Ferry Contact.

How we work?

In the majority of cases our Clients contact us to seek solution for a specific problem that they have encountered. After short discussion our engineers specify the problem and outline potential solutions to our Clients. Afterwards, considering the Client’s needs we seek solutions primarily in our suppliers’ portfolios or, if need may be, we select a new supplier for this purpose. After the order is placed and performed we remain at the customer’s disposal up to the commissioning of the equipment or even during the operation.

Our Mission

Our mission is to have satisfied Clients, who, using our assistance, are able to adapt to the ever changing conditions with ease. We endeavour to establish and maintain long term and good customer relationship and cooperation. We aim at finding the optimal solution, provided to our Client at reasonable purchase price, the operation of which is also feasible in a cost effective way.
