Our Ivyland manufacturing facility has over 45,000 square feet of state-of-the-art manufacturing and engineering equipment. Most of our business is generated from our clients’ needs. We have the capability and experience to take your requirements from paper to a finished product constructed entirely of 316L or 304 stainless steel, in an efficient and cost effective manner.
LFI is a UL recognized approved facility. We are regularly inspected to confirm strict accordance to procedures and guidelines. All control panels we produce are UL labeled and registered, and all electrical components we source carry the UL mark. You can be assured when entrusting your product to LFI, you or your client will receive the highest quality inspected product available in the market.
You can rely on Laminar Flow Inc.’s experience, manufacturing and engineering knowledge to provide you with the equipment you need. Each system we manufacture and deliver comes with a comprehensive owners manual detailing all of the aspects of the systems in order for you to initiate a complete IQ. OQ. and SOP for your project. Included with these manuals are wiring diagrams/schematics, installation drawings, and final TOP packages as requested.
Prior to shipment all of our systems are tested and quality checked for accuracy against the approval drawing submitted to you. We invite our clients to our facility to witness their FAT, or if not available we can furnish video documentation of a particular test and forward them for your approval prior to shipping. After shipping we offer on-site services including start-up assistance, supervision of installation/installation inspection, and training of personnel.
