Nagase Group

In 1832, Nagase & Co., Ltd., the central company of what would become the Nagase Group, was founded as a dyestuffs wholesaler in Kyoto, Japan. Nagase’s focus became international in 1900, when the company started importing synthetic dyes from abroad. Since that time, the company has created a strong and growing foundation of technology, market knowledge, and expertise. Today, the Nagase Group boasts more than 6,000 leading corporate customers, 5,960 employees worldwide, a global network of over 100 companies expanding through the world, and strong manufacturing research and development capabilities.

Nagase helps customers succeed through collaboration and creativity in order to meet the world’s changing economic, environmental, and social needs. Nagase is the “technology- and intelligence- oriented company that turns wisdom into business.”
