WHY CHOOSE US

If you are building a lasting business based on honesty and integrity then we are the kind of company you can appreciate. A fully equipped laboratory and a robust cGMP compliance system ensures that our brands are selling quality products.

Quality, Purity, and Clear Communication are Our Top Priorities!

Success doesn’t come from mediocrity! Success comes from going above and beyond!

Successful sellers know it's important to work with a reliable manufacturer. We are not the cheapest. We do a quality job and we are equipped for a fast turnaround!

How do we accomplish a fast turnaround without skimping on quality?

Many Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO) outsource their laboratory work (slow) or provide inaccurate or plain false Certificate of Analysis (criminal). We at PureNSM run our own in-house laboratory with top notch equipment and are therefore able to test without delay and quickly!

Banish Chemicals with Words Your Customer Does Not Understand!

We know that at least 35% of your customers don’t like chemicals and preservatives in their supplements. It often leads to hesitation at point of purchase. This is why we specialize in manufacturing supplements without junk fillers!

Encapsulating without Magnesium Stearate! How?

We have been manufacturing without Magnesium Stearate since 1993. We have lots of experience in this and we know first hand that this can be done with almost any ingredient. At the most we use rice based fillers, rice hulls that are sterilized and ground to a fine powder.

Avoiding chemicals and preservatives does not have to be expensive. In fact, we price competitively but are not the cheapest. You may know that selecting the cheapest quote often comes back to bite you when you least expect it. If you want cheap supplements please leave this website and never visit again.

Pesticides and chemicals are clearly people’s top concern!

When 35% of people are concerned about chemicals and preservatives, it’s smart to keep those out of your supplements!

Preservatives and chemicals are ingredients that people are most likely to avoid! When asked which food component was the most harmful to nutritional health,

7% fingered GMOs as the villain and 35% called out preservatives and chemicals! Sugar, fat, carbs and sodium all stayed below 15%.

Inhouse Laboratory

How do you get Certificates of Analysis (COA) you can trust? Do not let your Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) convince you that COAs from the raw material suppliers suffice. Foreign suppliers of ingredients routinely use incorrect methods and wrong analytical equipment. They also falsify reports. Unfortunately outsourcing lab testing is also out of the question because of the extra costs and production delays. The only thing that makes sense for any CMO is to operate their own fully equipped and GMP certified laboratory. A successful CMO such as us operates the equipment listed below.

It’s a little known fact that raw material importers of raw material used in supplements operate under a different regulation than manufacturers. Ingredient suppliers, including dietary ingredient suppliers, are currently regulated under 21 CFR 117, formally 21 CFR 110. They are not subjected to 21 CFR 111 since ingredient suppliers may send their ingredients to companies that use the ingredients in multiple different types of commodities such as cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

Stamp Out “Drylabbing”

Drylabbing is fraudulently claiming to have performed laboratory analyses which in fact were never done. Drylabbing is not an error—it's a crime—but if it goes undiscovered, your brand may suffer - your customers may suffer and you may bankrupt your brand because of recalls and Amazon deletions of all your products. (859 brands were recalled by the FDA 2020)

Drylabbing happens much more often with contract manufacturers than with quality control (QC) labs, although it is known to have happened even in ISO certified QC laboratories.

The only remedy for ensuring that your contract manufacturer isn’t “Drylabbing” is to validate their COA by sending the products manufactured a 3rd party laboratory. We recommend you do so periodically and randomly and without your CMOs consent or prior knowledge. Download this report in order to know what additional steps you can take in order to eliminate the possibility of drylabbing to near 100%.

GMP Certified by UL, NSF & FDA Registered

Don’t manufacture with a CMO that isn’t GMP certified and regularly audited by two of the main certifying bodies in the US. We have our certifications in place and in addition are members with The Natural Product Association (NPA) and BBB. Further we work with Organic Certifiers for our organic certifications. Why do they need two GMP accreditations? Because they can temporarily lose one, so it’s good to have a backup.

TESTING MOTHODS

Identity Crisis?

A common misunderstanding is that botanical ingredients can be visually inspected for appearance or organoleptic characteristics and then screened using one piece of equipment such as FTIR. This is a fallacy! Not correct! This can also lead to a recall.

The most appropriate method per USP is the high performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC). Even if DNA testing has a fancy appeal, it unfortunately does not work when it comes to identifying the majority of herbal extracts and powders. The following statement from USP (US Pharmacopeial Convention) urges people to not rely on DNA testing. “DNA-based methods are not suitable for materials, such as botanical extracts, that were subjected to processes that denature, degrade and destroy DNA.” PureNSM checks every herbal batch with an HPTLC onsite - the premium test equipment for identifying botanicals correctly.

HPTLC is a systemized “wet chemistry”. Notice the four lines in the middle, those are the raw materials being tested. Then compare those 4 lines to the two lines on either side of them. This is our standard for that raw material. In the failed example you see a big difference in the bands. In the passed example you can verify their presence.
