We machine components ranging from just a few hundred grams up to 90 tons in dimensions from 70 mm up to lengths of 7 meters.
Dedicated to precision
We work according to stringent design and tolerance requirements from our customers. This means that we operate within tolerances down to and below 0.05 mm at lengths of 7 meters.
Standards, certificates and approvals
We produce according to the principles in LEAN and 5S and all relevant ISO standards. For most of our customers, we perform FAI, PPAP and FMEA measuring and verification procedures. You can read more about our quality assurance program
Full documentation and traceability
Our customers often require full documentation and traceability. In order to meet these demands, our in-house specialists use the latest technology of portable and stationary CMM 3D laser-trackers for GPS measuring.
