Ointment Manufacturing Plant

The Anish ointment manufacturing plant is a state-of-the-art ointment / cream /gel manufacturing facility.  The ointment manufacturing Vessel provides through and homogeneous mixing of wax phase and aqueous phase material.  The ointment manufacturing vessel has its drive from bottom, thus the machine becomes accessible with the top dish opening with a swing out arrangement. This enables the ointment manufacturing plant with easy cleaning for every change over. Anish ointment manufacturing plant  is ergonomically designed & provided with anti skid working platform with safety railing for better and safe operational movements. Flow meter in process lines assures  accurate quantity monitoring. These ointment manufacturing plants are SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition system) based IPC Plus PLC operated control station compatible with USFDA / EUFDA  / GAMP norms. Total documentation support for ointment manufacturing plant starts from design qualification to performance qualification.
