Material converting is the process of transforming raw materials into simple components, disposable devices, or complex, multi-functional products through a variety of fabrication processes.
Our converting capabilities include die cutting, printing, multi-layer laminating, island placement, and cold seal packaging. We process a wide range of papers, films, foils, foams, tapes, and other flexible materials with and without adhesives. Precision rotary die cutting fabricates materials into virtually any shape or size—in individual pieces, on rolls, or in sheets. Our converting machines are equipped with servo motors that provide continuous registration of material and tight tolerance control.
