Tyvek® Foil Header Pouch: High barrier bags / pouches with a DuPont Tyvek® foil header

Foil Header Pouch: High barrier bags / pouches made with a DuPont Tyvek® foil header are commonly used for packaging and sterilizing devices that require high barrier packaging but need to be gas sterilized. Available in various foil or other high barrier laminations. High Barrier Bag / Pouch made with a DuPont™ Tyvek® Foil Header for EtO Sterilization. The Tyvek Foil Header Pouch may then be sealed below the header and header removed to create a non-breathable high barrier final package.

This type of bag is appropriate for medical devices which need a foil package, pouch or bag that is film-film. As stated, this type of material allows for the use of EO (ethylene oxide) sterilization methods.
