Microwave Digestion System
YMW-HP infrared temperature measurement series Microwave Digestion System as an efficient sample pretreatment equipment, which can provide fast ,safety and clean digestion treatment for users. Also it can expedite the chemical reaction speed and depth of samples under the condition of high temperature and high pressure. So the digestion system will not damage the elements such as highly volatile silver, mercury etc. Widely applied in the chemistry industry, food analysis, environmental monitoring, disease control center, quality supervision and commodity inspection etc.
APPLICATION AREA
YMW-HP infrared series Microwave Digestion System is mainly used for chemical digestion of samples at certain temperature and pressure,such as: sample pretreatment for AAS, ICP and other spectrometers. Digestion reagents can be Nitric Acid (65%), Hydrochloric Acid, Hydrofluoric Acid, Sulfuric Acid and mixed Acid. The maximum sample weight of organic sample is approximately 0.3g, (depend on the carbon content of the organic sample). The digestion temperature can reach about 200°C. Digestion or drying temperature morer than 280 ℃may cause damage to the Teflon (TEFLON-TFM) digestion tank (this temperature critical point sometimes be reached during overreaction). The maximum temperature of this device is locked below 200 ℃.
