1. Checking ear-loop system
Normally, operator need to check manually whether attachment of ear-loop after attaching ear-loop. We have checking ear-loop system to save the time and reduce labor costs. After checking the attachment of ear-loop, reject system reject defective mask automatically. In conclusion, this system increases the productivity by preventing defective mask’s interference.
2. Reliable Ultrasonic Welder
Ultrasonic welder is one of key parts in mask production machine. Because of quality of Ultrasonic welder is connected to mask production machine’s function and maintenance directly. Using reliable Ultrasonic welder is effective to reduce maintenance time and additional cost.
