Satellite Station
Tanks
For Small Scale satellite stations, the LNG tanks typical sizes are from 20,000L to 300,000L (Bigger & smaller sizes available on demand). LNG Tanks are custom engineered in order to take in account the location and its environment, the consumption level of the customer, and the refill cycle. Design Pressure is generally between 5 to 17 bars.
Vaporizer and Gas trim heater
Ambient vaporizers are mostly used with a flow rate between 400 Nm3/h to 1500 Nm3/h (outside temperature at 20°C), depending on the needed capacity.
Odorizer unit & Stage regulation units
The Station is also equipped with an Odorizer Unit. All our stations have double stage regulations using -automated- valves in order to facilitate maintenance operations.
Satellite station
Automation system and database management
Remote control of the actuated valves from a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). All key parmeters of the LNG tank can be monitored remotely with trouble shooting in case of an emergency.
Interconnexion, Engineering & Project Management
From layout, load calculation, P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Plan), to seismic & wind risk analysis… Don’t worry, our team takes care of everything. Only civil works are under customer’s responsibility.
