Function and use
The hopper scales are decoupled hoppers mounted on load cells that enable bulk materials to be accurately weighed. Designs adapted to the respective properties of the bulk material guarantee residue-free emptying.
By opening the inlet flap, the products flow into the container according to the recipe, dosed accordingly by an upstream dosing device.
The individual components are weighed into the weighing container with great accuracy using coarse and fine dosing control of the recipe ingredients to be weighed until the desired weights are reached. The container is then emptied and the next batch can begin.
When designing these containers, special attention was paid to avoiding corners and edges and the best possible surface quality. Residue-free emptying for free-flowing bulk materials is guaranteed by optional discharge aids (hammer hammer, vibro bottom, etc.).
