Function and use
Small containers are used to store the many small and micro components. These containers are filled with sacks via a mobile sack embankment with built-in control screening machine and bar magnet grate.
The small component dosing station consists of a mobile station with attached scales, operating terminal and bar code printer. Dosing from the small containers is manual and operator-guided.
To prevent product mix-ups, each container lid is electronically monitored and equipped with a signal lamp.
