Aluminum rock wool insulation is used for modular panels such as wall panels, floors, countertops and pharmaceutical doors.

DeltaWALLS ™ Rockwool HPL modular walls with rock wool insulation , consist of:

• Internal frame in extruded raw aluminum 2 mm thick, insulated with oriented fiber rock wool
• External coating in 4mm HPL, with a total panel thickness of 48mm
• Vertical H-shaped aluminum extrusion bar (2mm thick), used for panel mounting, allowing for a maximum width of 4mm between panels

To ensure the best result in terms of aesthetics, insulation and functionality, the modular HPL DeltaWALLS ™ Rockwool walls are siliconed with silicone mastic and joined with the existing floors by means of raw aluminum profiles.
