HPL DeltaWALL Polystyrene
HPL DeltaWALL Polystyrene
The polystyrene insulators for HPL modular panels are used for numerous applications and in different sectors:
Pharmaceutical , Biomedical , Chemical , Cosmetic and Food , without forgetting the structured projects for the hospital sector .
Polystyrene insulation is used for modular panels such as wall panels, floors, countertops and pharmaceutical doors.
The sintered expanded polystyrene panel obtained from a block, with closed isotropic fire reaction class E, complies with the UNI EN 13163 standards with CE marking .
Particularly suitable for applications where good mechanical resistance is required.
The advantages of polystyrene insulation for modular panels include:
- High insulating power
- Stability over time
- Permeability to water vapor
- Resistance to water
- Unassailable by mold and bacteria
DeltaWALL ™ Polystyrene HPL modular walls consist of:
- Internal frame in extruded raw aluminum, 2 mm thick, insulated with polystyrene
- External coating in 4mm HPL, with a total panel thickness of 48mm
- Vertical H-shaped aluminum extrusion bar (2mm thick), used for panel mounting, allowing for a maximum width of 4mm between panels
To ensure the best result in terms of aesthetics, insulation and functionality, DeltaWALL ™ Polystyrene HPL modular walls are siliconed with silicone mastic and raw aluminum profiles anchored to existing floors.
