MACSALAB Hi - Cap Impact Hammermill

The range of Macsa Impact Hammer Mills is specifically designed for reduction of medium hard to hard friable materials. The dynamically balanced rotor comprises of six replaceable hard faced swing beaters mounted on swinger plates. The mill housing is fully lined.

Machines can be designed and manufactured with different combinations of hammers, screens, motors and housings to suit your specific application. Test work can be conducted on your product sample at our on-site facility. Final product size is defined by product, feed rate, fixed rotor speed and screen size.

300 x 300 Impact Hammermill

The MACSA 300 x 300 Impact Hammermill is specially designed and fabricated for the reduction of medium to hard friable materials.

The dynamically balanced rotor comprises of three replaceable hard faced swing beaters mounted on swinger plates. Mill housing is fully lined with replaceable liner plates.

Final required product size is defined by feed rate, rotor speed and aperture size of bar grids.

The mill can also be designed to accommodate heavy-duty perforated plate screens or fine stainless steel wedge wire screens for much finer products. The unit can also be fabricated in Stainless Steel for food and pharmaceutical industries, or for highly corrosive applications.
