Completely managed by brushless motors, the blistering section can work on 1, 2 or 3 rows in order to guarantee high production efficiency with the least waste of material.
The format change, facilitated by the servo motors, does not require adjustments related to the forming pitch and the width of the blisters, the feeding area has been particularly cared for in order to improve cleaning and reduce cross-contamination.
The cartoning section is equipped with innovative quick release systems that allow a quick and extremely simple format change.
Operator interface with ASEM industrial PC, intuitive and manageable via remote connection for any on-line technical assistance.
Integral safety guards with access controlled by safety microswitches.
