Overview

Ferrotech is happy to provide Manual Welded Grating to clients for extreme load environments. Our bearing bars that have a height of 120 x 10 mm are capable of withstanding 80 tons of UDL and 11.5 tons of concentrated loads as long as there is 1 meter of the clear span. The industries and sectors we serve run the gamut from fuel storage units to bridge-building to fire brigade driveways. Our manual welded grating is built to last. Ferrotech manufactures superior quality press-locked gratings that are always delivered on time. Aptly suited as floor platforms that see a lot of vehicular movements, the gratings are made with interlocking perpendicular bars. Certain other sectors where our press-locked steel bar gratings have proved particularly useful are industrial walkways as an access system and in architecture. For architectural applications, we supply steel grates that work as screens, dividers, grills, etc. To fulfill the client’s needs, we manufacture differently finished press lock gratings.
