Gilwood Fabricators are leading suppliers of machine hoppers and can supply according to our client’s precise specifications in a range of premium quality materials. Our hoppers are available in different forms and we include in-house finishing services.
We manufacture a range of hoppers including conical hoppers, slot-outlet hoppers and pyramidal hoppers, which are fully fabricated or sectional and have a potential maximum dimension of up to 30 tonnes in weight.
Our high quality machine hoppers enhance the flow of difficult materials and provide easy access for cleaning and maintenance. With high quality devices, Gilwood hoppers are available in various straight wall heights and diameters and are suitable for use in a range of industries including the storage of bulk product and distribution in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
Standard features include adjustable quick-release clamp design, insulated or non-insulated construction, cover selections and easy-view sight glass to check flow of products and accurate rates of gravity feeding. Optional features include flange transition, machine-mount slide gate, blank cover, manual cover or vacuum hopper cover.
At Gilwood, we aim to provide the highest possible quality and adhere to the customer’s own standards, as well as BMHB and SEP. All of our products are tested via Non-Destructive processes (NDT) including Leak Test and Hydraulic Pressure Test. Finishing services include bead blasting, polishing, electro polishing, pickling and passivating.
