Hapa 800 LabelJet - Inkjet Printing Machine

The Hapa 800 LabelJet is a fully-digital piezo inkjet system, using Drop on Demand technology to print pre-cut, self-adhesive labels.  The solvent-free UV-curing inks used provide perfectly sharp print quality in single or multi-color spot, or CMYK process printing applications.  The system can be integrated with a conventional labeling machine or it can be used as a roll- to- roll solution allowing several labeling lines to be supplied by one printer.  The LabelJet is designed to print on a variety of blank or pre-printed label materials “Just -in- Time” and “On Demand”. A label gap sensor triggered, and stepper-motor driven, homogenous vacuum advance system ensures perfect registration.

The Hapa MedJet 470 is a fully digital, piezo inkjet printing system for medical packaging lines. This solvent free, drop-on-demand technology uses UV-curing inks to print on paper and Tyvek. The system is compact and easy to integrate onto any packaging machine.

The labeljet printer is a digital, single-color printing system for medical applications.
