BBK fully automatic self-adhesive labelling machine for stable cylindrical containers, fitted with Rapid S80 label dispensers, suitable for containers from 15(20) to 60 mm diameter and a label width from 15 to 80 mm. Includes Allen S-Compact 50/30-305 hot foil coder for maximum print area 50x30 mm, 100 mm wide through conveyor 3,500 mm long. Product separation by motorised rubber wheel, label pressure belt 400 mm long and 70 mm wide. Includes rotary infeed table 1000mm diameter and exit collection table with product pusher (600x400mm). Label presence control by 2 luminescence sensors with pneumatic rejection of missing labels. Labelled product are either discharged onto the container table, or bypassed through to downstream equipment. Unit mobile on wheels. Output up to 50 labels per minute. Machine floorspace approx 3500 x 2000 mm (LxW), height approx. 1850 mm. Year 2003. Machine has had little use, so is as new.
