Continuous-systems

In continuous plants all the incoming raw materials and ingredients are added to the production run and flow irreversibly in one direction through the plant. The materials and ingredients pass through individual stations consisting of set consecutive steps, where they are combined with other substances before being mixed together to form the final product. It is a processing procedure without any breaks, abrupt changes or backflow. Consequently this continuous mixing technique creates particularly advantageous conditions, which make it the most effective and at the same time the most cost-efficient way of production, at the end of which the product can be immediately packaged – without any intermediate storage.
