HEBOMIX vacuum, mixing and homogeniser systems are used as complete, application-ready solutions or as independent mixing units in a multitude of ways in the cosmetics, food and pharmaceutical industries.

As we build our tanks and vessels ourselves and generally have a very high level of in-house production we can at HEBOLD easily make units of any specific capacity from 5 to 10,000 litres. Pressure vessels can be manufactured in compliance not only with the European CE standard, but also if required with the ASME standard. All the plant equipment is configured in­di­vidually and designed and installed as complete turnkey systems. HEBOLD provides its systems, if required, with all the necessary sensors, peripheral equipment and supply units, including platforms and pipelines. We design our HEBOLD plant equipment in a modular fashion so that each plant can be subsequently extended by adding vessels for instance for the initial phases.
