FOODPACK HYPER

Hyper is the line of in-line heat sealers that Ilpra has designed in response to the demand deriving from large-scale production . In this project, born in 2020, Ilpra has concentrated all the resources belonging to the technical research and development department. Foodpack Hyper incorporates the ambition to be able to offer a fast, tireless machine that could border on the idea of perpetual motion . From here it was decided to engage the CPS technology, which allows the continuous inflow of inbound trays (Constant placement system), and which allows a high cycle on various applications.Everything in the Foodpack Hyper model has been designed to make it easycan be integrated into any production line and process. Other standard features on the machine are the anti-crush system , the badge for the identification of authorized personnel and the automatic tensioning of the film. The welding area is 1000 x 450 xh 120 mm in the Hyper 1000 version, while for the Hyper 1250 version it is 1250 x 450 xh 120 mm.
