Single Use Systems For Small & Large Volume Filling

Intellitech offers standard fluid path kit configurations for both the i-FILL Micro and the i-FILL pumps based on target fill volume.

Standard Kits Are A Complete Assembly Of Component Parts Required To Transfer Product From Batch To Container Via The I-FILL Pump.

The Kits Include Predetermined Tubing Sizes And Lengths, Pump Head/Base Combination, Check Valves, Clamps And Dispensing Nozzle.

Kits are assembled and packaged in a controlled ISO-7 cleanroom. The lot number traceable kits contain USP-Class VI component parts, come double bagged, labeled with a gamma process indicator and a Certificate of Conformance.

Intellitech’s single-use fluid path kits minimize the risk of cross contamination, eliminate cleaning costs, take less than a minute to changeover and provide dispense accuracy over thousands of cycles.
