Project Management

We have a team of highly experienced project managers to liaise directly with our partners and our research team. These managers work under direct supervision of our leadership team who are also closely involved in each project. You can find out more about our project managers here

We have extensive experience in managing drug discovery and biotech R&D programs in the Natural Products space.

We typically provide the following project management support:

Skilled Personnel - a dedicated experienced project manager

Clear Documentation - project plans, detailed work packages, Gantt charts along with summary reports and presentations

Secure Data - secure cloud-based dataroom with expt protocols, raw and processed data

Effective Communication - we believe this is key to every successful project. We keep in touch with our partners through calls, tele/videoconferencing, and face-to-face meetings as required

Site Support - we organise site visits and audits if third party contractors are involved
